Invicta Stores Europe uses a return period of 14 days upon receipt of your order.

Return costs
Within the European union: FREE OF CHARGE
You can create a free shipping label in our return portal. Please click here to enter our return portal.

Outside the European union:  Return costs at your own expense.

Products can only be returned in new condition, so undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging. If your return shipment arrives incomplete or items are damaged, we can deduct an amount from the refund, equal to the depreciation of the product. This could be 100% of the purchase price.

This product will be shipped from our OVERSEAS warehouse. 
This means you are buying from our newest series. In 6 to 10 days your new watch will land on your doorstep. Your patience will be worth it!

Please note: you will only receive TRACKING INFORMATION once your watch leaves our warehouse. This might be a few days from your order date.

Your Invicta watch is covered by a standard warranty of 3 years, starting on the date of purchase.
Watches purchased on www.invictastores.eu will automatically be registered in your account.
